This 400 nm race can serve as qualifier for the 2025 Singlehanded TransPacific Yacht Race (aka Single-handed Transpac, SHTP) as well as crewed 2025 Transpac. We now have crewed division (max 4)! Join us on this adventure, a fun and challenging new course!
Start 11:00 am near Channel Islands Harbor breakwater - please refer to Sailing Instructions.

Finish near West End of Catalina.

Mike Hakala of Avalon Rafts will talk about liferafts, other safety devices, and perform a live demonstration of raft deployment. This is essentially the hands-on part of the U.S. Sailing Safety at Sea seminars (Mike is a regular trainer/presenter for these).
